Our Pacy World and FoolProof Systems units are recruiting a part time PBX operator and billing manager. Compensation is $8 per hour.

Daily tasks include:

• Answering Phone Calls
• Responding to Emails
• Scheduling field Techs for on-site service
• Make and send out invoices to clients
• Follow up on un-paid invoices

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

• Great language skills (English)
• Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7, Macintosh OS X 10.5+.
• Microsoft Office
• Computer skills.
• Understands what POP3, SMTP, IMAP, and HTTP mean.
• Organized
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus!

The position is currently a telecommute job, but this is subject to change. You will be provided with a VoIP telephone to complete your duties. However, you are required to have a computer and broadband Internet connection.
