On Call Field Technicians Needed
at FoolProof Systems in Naples
Our FoolProof Systems company is recruiting several on call field techs for the Naples, FL area. Candidates will be on standby and will be scheduled between 9am – 8pm M-F for service appointments by our PBX operator.
Skills Required:
- Microsoft Windows XP/Vista/7
- Macintosh OS X 10.5+
- Networking (Routers/Switches/Access Points)
- Computer Hardware (Upgrades/Replacements)
- Troubleshooting Errors and Crashes
- Computer Clean Up (Spyware, Malware, Virus, etc…)
- Computer Tune Up (Removing Unused programs, clearing cache, de-fragmenting, startup)
Regular job duties involve visiting customer homes or offices at scheduled times. Installing new hardware, software, or troubleshooting customer PC’s or Mac’s. You must have your own transportation. Our service area is Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs.
A standard 1-hour training course is required. The training course consists of basic customer service standards within our company. You will be expected to wear a uniform and abide to our service standards.
Compensation is $15 per hour plus gas and mileage.
